If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days after the item has been shipped (unless otherwise stated for special promotions or final sale items). If more than 30 days have passed but within one year of purchase, and the product is defective, you may still return it for store credit in the form of a promo code. This credit can only be used toward merchandise purchases on saffianosons.com (not applicable to shipping costs). To ensure a smooth process, we will cover return shipping costs if you use our provided return label (only available for domestic orders; not applicable for international shipments). Each paid item is eligible for one exchange only. Original shipping fees will not be refunded for orders that did not meet the free shipping threshold.

Return Process & Timing
After we receive your returned package, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any discount codes, reward codes, or special offers applied to the returned order cannot be transferred to another order.

International Orders (via DHL)
International orders placed on saffianosons.com are not eligible for return or exchange under our domestic return policy. We are currently unable to process refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States, nor can we provide prepaid international return labels. For returns of items purchased outside of our website, please return them to the original place of purchase.
